Y3 Prehistory Day

We completed our Stone Age to Iron Age unit with a Prehistory Day. Using our knowledge of the time we created our own Prehistory outfit design, with our own Prehistory face.

We replicated communication methods by completing our own Cave Art using colours and techniques similar to that of the time. Dry powder, our fingers and a ‘cave wall’.

Finally, our hunting skills were tested with a spearing of a woolly Rhinoceros and Sabre-Toothed Cat. Each class had to prove their strength by hitting the animal the most with a ‘spear’ (paint covered Javelin)
