Welcome to our school!
Everyone involved in the running of Long Toft welcomes you to the school website. We are a very dedicated and hardworking team, ensuring that your children work to their full potential and enjoy attending school. We hope you find the website interesting and informative.
When you call our school you will speak to our lovely ladies in the office, either Miss. Gorman, Mrs. Hall, Mrs. Wilkinson or Mrs. Addison. From there if you would like to speak to our head teacher, please ask for Mrs. Buxton. If you would like to speak to our deputy head teacher please ask for Mrs. Wainman. If you would like to speak to our SENCo please ask for Mrs. Harte. Otherwise please explain the reason for your call and you will be directed to the correct person.

Damarai interviews Author Alastair
Reading Plus arranged an author interview with Alastair Chisholm, author of 'I am Wolf' for our Reading Plus Champion Damarai.
What a lovely experience. Well done Damarai!
Class 6B Go Planting!
Last week, Class 6B helped to sow wildflowers at Peacock Park.
Y6 SATs
They've done it! All their hard work, focus, and determination has paid off — SATs are complete, and we couldn’t be prouder of all of our Y6 children!
Now it’s time to celebrate their efforts and enjoy the rest of Year 6 in their NEW Leavers hoodies.
Children can wear their hoodies to school every day if they wish to.

WOW Active Travel Week
This week was the WOW Active Travel Week . Children were encouraged to actively travel to school all week.
Today we had a visit from Strider the WOW Mascot as our children were coming into school along with Ed Clancy, a former professional cyclist.
